a.) On single purchases we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.
b.) If the customer purchased the wrong product, and wants a refund on that so, the customer has to send the product back to our address. After receiving the product, a refund will be initiated after deducting the forwarding shipping fee and payment gateway-associated fees.
1. For Refunds, payments will be made to the source account
2. All Refunds are made after deducting a small fee of 2 - 2.5 % ( payment gateway associated fees )
3. For Failed online transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to the source account and might take up to 5- 7 working days ( please note: we do not hold this amount )
